You can pay your deposit or balance by debit card, credit card, cheque or direct bank-transfer; however, we do not take American Express. Please note that there is a 2% levy applied to all credit card transactions, but there are no additional charges for debit card or cheque payments. We may on-charge any bank fees incurred for non UK sterling bank transfers or for any bank fees incurred during non-UK bank transfers.
When you book your holiday, you will be required to pay a deposit equating to 30% of the total booking value, this will secure your booking. If you do not pay the deposit your booking may be cancelled. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
The cottage will be ready for your arrival from 1530hrs on your arrival day, unless discussed otherwise. Our standard departure time is 10am.
All towels are provided in the cottages, one bath sheet and one hand towel each. However we do not provide towels for the swimming pool, please bring these with you.
Each cottage is fully stocked with "under the kitchen sink" products. For example, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, antibacterial spray cleaner and bleach.
All the main supermarkets deliver to all the cottages at the current time. Please ensure that you book a delivery slot when you know you are going to be here.
We have a little village shop in the next village (1 mile away) which sells all your essentials.
There is currently no mobile phone signal in our valley, but we do have very fast WIFI.
Our outdoor pool is only run in our high season, late June - early September. It is heated to a lovely warm temperature to entice those of all ages. Parental supervision is required at all times when children are swimming.
All of the properties are strictly non-smoking but we do allow smoking on the farm and gardens away from wooden outbuildings and fuel tanks.
